The company Copalis is part of a group specializing in fish production and processing. They focus on transforming all types of fish by-products (heads, fins, viscera, carcasses, etc.) into collagen oils, pharmaceutical solutions, and cosmetics.

Problematic :

To manage a highly bactericidal material in a bio-secure manner, ensuring its transfer and storage while integrating it into the existing process. All of this must be done while maintaining the added value of the product and its key factors to meet buyer requirements and uphold existing distribution contracts.
